Yes sorry, Costa da Caparica, my wife is Portuguese. My spoken Portuguese needs some work, but not too bad...

Re the peças, I'm getting back in contact with Owen in the UK (VWgarden) and could certainly arrange for some interesting things to be couriered across, though bigger items might be cost prohibitive. However, a road trip in a split screen bus and a ferry ride from Santander to England might be a better way of doing it, load up with gear and come back.

I'm going to meet up with António from Vintage Vans, and Hugo from Hugo Peças later in the week, and am always ready for a beer and VW talk.

ele só não sabe escrever,mas sabe ler português.............

É que andamos todos marados com o acordo ortográfico na nossa língua mãe, Estevo.
Em inglês (língua universal), toda a malta domina e não há acordos para ninguém

Desembarquei agora neste porto, por causa do outro tópico da single cab.
Sei e reconheço que este forum fica mais rico internacionalizando-se.

Mas tambem sei que, como não sei inglês, estou em desvantagem em relação aos meus outros companheiros de forum que dominam correctamente a tua língua.

Podias pedir à tua Wife, uma vez que ela é portuguesa que escreva ela em português, senão olha, em relação aos teus tópicos, com muito boa vontade, mas passo à frente.
